Warrenty and return


You may return your purchase within 14 days (from date of receipt). You can only return the item(s) in its original, undamaged and unmarked packaging, complete and unused. Items which do not fulfill above conditions will not be eligible for exchange or refund. Please be aware that, as long as the goods are in your possession, you are responsible for keeping them safe, secure and in good condition.

The returning costs are for your own expense.

1. Fill in the return-form that was shipped to you with your order.

2. Repack your order in its original box. You can use a different box, but we encourage recycling.

3. Ship the order together with the return form at your local post office.

4. Await our confirmation of receipt and your reimbursement.

Meca Brands is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. We recommend to send all returns by registered post. It is advisable to obtain a proof of posting.

Accompany your returned post with the accompanying return letter, and fill in your purchase order and personal details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Haven’t Received Your Refund?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at insertwebsiteadres


Meca Brands guarantees all parts and materials for a period of 24 moths from the date of sale against defective manufacture in accordance with the terms laid down by the Supplying Manufacturers.

Meca Brands will assess the claim and determine the actions to be taken i.e. refund or replace. The claim will be handled within 14 days of receipt.

A replacement product will be offered subject to stock availability, whereas no identical replacement is possible, we reserve the right to offer a similar replacement or to provide credit note on the invoiced amount.

Faulty items are to be returned to the representatives of Meca Brands, or are photographed cleary and emailed to Meca Brands. The returned item is to be inspected and if proven faulty, a replacement order will be placed and delivered. Returned faulty goods are disposed by Meca Brands.

Meca Brands does not carry out repairs.


Not covered by Warranty

                Fair wear and tear of any part, day-to-day usage damage, and the regular maintenance of the   material.

                Self-repair and costs arising there from.

                Loss or theft of item.

                Damage caused by poor handling (overloading), incorrect use or removal of any parts of the product

                Damage caused by external influences e.g. fire, flood, steam cleaning, improper cleaning materials, etc.

                Damage caused by an accident.

                Damage incurred during transport of caused by a 3rd party, i.e. airport handling, etc.

                Product discoloration due to extended exposure to direct light (i.e. kept in window or left outdoors)

                Dissatisfaction based on color or style of the product.
