LILIÓ Amsterdam uses DHL as their shipping partner. After completing your order, you will be provided with a tracking number. LILIÓ Amsterdam charges a shipping fee per order. LILIÓ Amsterdam only ships to European countries.

Please note the following: The ordered item(s) will only be sent after the payment is cleared and checked by us. LILIÓ Amsterdam does not deliver to P.O. Box address. Furthermore, all orders include an official invoice declaring the total amount of the purchased goods in Euros. All invoices of parcels will be marked according to international import regulations as stated in Dutch law.

We do our utmost to synchronize our website with actual stock. When the situation arises that an ordered item is no longer on stock, you will be informed and refunded.

Orders that are shipped outside of the Netherlands may include customs legislations. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs, if any.

If the item is not delivered due to a faulty shipping address, and the package is returned to us by the postal service company, you will be charged the actual shipping fee (not according to the above table).
